Annual Return - (select type)
An annual return is a document which provides information about your company, e.g. to confirm that your company is still doing business.
It is a statutory return in terms of the Companies Act No 71 of 2008 and therefore has to be complied with.
Failure to submit this return within the prescribed time will result in the de-registration of your company, as CIPC will assume that your business is no longer active.
Note that the prescribed time is 30 (thirty) business days after the anniversary date on which your company was incorporated.
Provide us with the annual return turnover of your company for each year that needs to be filed, and we will do the rest.
- This is only for companies with a turnover of less than R1 000 000. Contact us if your turnover is more than R1 million, as your company then falls in a different category.
- This annual return must not be confused with the company’s tax return that needs to be filled with SARS.
