Workmen's Compensation Letter of good standing (LOGS)
A letter of Good Standing is a certificate issued by the Department of Labour. It verifies that a registered company has filed all the Return of Earnings reports and that the annual fees have been paid.
Who needs a LOGS?
If your company would like to apply for a tender, you will need a letter of good standing from the Department of Labour.
Please be advised that the Return of Earnings submission is not included; however we can assist you with it. The deadline for filing this return is no later than 31 March of each year.
The following information and documents are required to apply for a Letter of Good Standing:
- Your company documents and details (name and registration number)
- Certified copies (not older than 3 months) of the ID documents of each directors
- Your WCA registration number
The Letter of Good Standing will be sent to you once the Department of labour has accessed your account and you have paid all outstanding monies.
Please note that the time the LOGS will take to be completed depends on the workload of the Department of Labour.
